Design Custom Hub ("Company") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please send a written notice to our designated DMCA agent with the following information:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the URL where it appears on our site
4. Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email address
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our DMCA agent with:

1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the material that was removed and its former location
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
4. Your name, address, phone number, and a statement that you consent to jurisdiction in the federal district where you live

Repeat Infringers

It is our policy to terminate the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers.

Misuse of DMCA Process

Submitting a false DMCA notice may result in liability under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, including damages, costs, and attorneys' fees.
