We stand behind every product we sell. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll offer a replacement or full refund.
Eligible Issues for Returns/Refunds
- Defective product (print quality issues, damaged item)
- Wrong item shipped
- Order never arrived (after 30 days from ship date for US, 45 days international)
- Significant color variation from product photos
Non-Returnable Situations
Because our products are custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns for:
- Buyer's remorse (you simply changed your mind)
- Incorrect size ordered — please use our Size Guide before ordering
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered

- We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued.
