By accessing or using Design Custom Hub, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Products & Orders

All products are custom-printed on demand. By placing an order, you confirm that you have the right to use any artwork or text included in your order and that it does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in US Dollars (USD). We accept major credit cards and PayPal. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

3. Intellectual Property

You may not order products containing copyrighted material, trademarks, or content you do not have permission to use. We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears to infringe on third-party rights.

4. Prohibited Content

Orders containing the following content will be refused and refunded:

• Hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content
• Obscene or sexually explicit material
• Content promoting violence or illegal activities
• Unauthorized use of copyrighted or trademarked material

5. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After production begins, cancellations are not possible. Contact us immediately if you need to modify or cancel an order.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Design Custom Hub's liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable courts.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
